No matter where we go or what attitude we have, He never shortens or moves or resists or flinches His outreached arms toward us...

God explicitly says that we can do all things through Him. And I understand what it is like to not know where to start doing. But that is where we need Him. Like daily bread we need to crave His voice.

Beyond the heartbreak, your heart is still there. It's not crumpled like paper, it's not trampled like trash, it's waiting to be discovered and you should be okay with that.

Sometimes, I cant see.

Sometimes, I'm the human with the plank in my eye and you, you have the speck.

It costs to breathe. When everything is suffocating and situational anxiety misplaces your peace that was once so firmly in your grasp. It's effort to let out air when all you want to do is keep it in... But you're not meant to hold what He established you to construct.

Being in love is a beautiful thing. Moving here and there, you're still where you are with them, because they are your utmost. It's always a garden in your heart... despite the dirt and the possible worms, you find pleasure and wonder in the growth.

When taking in the waiting period, I like to see it as a window. This one is cold and has frost around the edges. It has a white windowpane from your view and through your window is the world. But, besides the world, God the Father's face is through the glass. He's lovingly peering at you. His eyes are piercing with promise and faith... How close He is, however that's up to you.

He truly knows what is best for our lives. Perhaps, He sees all sides, scopes, and aspects of our life. He knows what could cause us to turn back, but He also knows what will make us stronger for the next encounter. He knows how to grow our faith and how not to squash it.

Somehow, we have become pardoners to this behavior in our own lives. We walk with a step that is crippled by guilt, and because of this we never enter into the presence of a King that desires to heal us and take our jars of failures and completely destroy it.

For the earth is a grave to us now, but perhaps death is not meant to surprisingly encounter us in our final moments… but everyday.
