The cool thing about God is that He doesn't put us in the world, ask us to be intimate with Him, and not provide a way for us to accomplish this.

Choosing excellence, however, is our calling. It is God's desire for His daughters and sons to be a distinction amongst the world that He has spoken into existence... Excellence comes through conquering the pounding. Conquering the pounding refers to the period of time, the instances, the people who consistently, like waves, interrupt our clear pursuit.

In all of the spaces of confusion, stress, maintenance, and structure it is not impossible for us to be still, to quiet our minds of the pounding thoughts.

Faith gives credit to the supernatural.

I don't think our growth, however, should be determined by our passing.

Growth happens in our hearts, whereas passing comes in our being.

Putting our lives completely in Jesus is what changes us. It's dipping our heart fully in, like a pretzel dunked in chocolate. His goodness covers our hopes.

Home is not always a specific space, but it's a state of mind. People need contentment and people need to enjoy where they are, but if it causes us to spur off mission than, I don't believe it is worth it for us.

When we are operating out of love... it is exuding the essence of God Himself to our world.

And though days like these seem unforgiving to us, they aren't to God. His love covers a multitude of sin and not only sin, but inevitable freak moments.

We weren't hand-picked by the Creator to fall flat; we were created by confidence, for confidence, to be pillars of wonder, wondrous things that exemplify His name in the earth.
